The Ek Kadam NGO is a foundation, and its "Donation Refund Policy" ensures that any digital payments you make will be processed accurately and legally. The Ek Kadam NGO believes that everyone should read our Donation Refund Policy so you can donate with confidence and are also informed of the safety of online payments.

The Ek Kadam NGO emphasizes once more that the sponsor must assist after carefully understanding the policy.

To ensure that your contribution is secure, the Ek Kadam NGO will assess your request for the money you donate. As a result, you ask that you answer the question we ask you to support us.

Furthermore, Ek Kadam NGO is not obligated to meet your request right away because it requires careful attention, and if no reimbursement is made, the fee will be reduced if you ask for your donation to be reimbursed right away.

Donation Refund

• Donors can expect to receive the refund within 21 days from date of donation. The information regarding their return will be notified to them via email with the details of their refund.
• The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used for the donation.

Donation Amount

• If you made a payment through PayTM, net banking, or an online service, you must carefully read our guidelines and include your Donation ID.
• Make sure to note the check or draught number if you provided your donation by check or draught.
• Our Online Payment Gateway accepts payment only in Indian Rupees.
